The space The quiet, light-flooded 2.5 room apartment was lovingly renovated by us with noble materials and stylishly furnished with high-quality design furniture. From all windows and from the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and the Albula Valley. The living room with oak parquet has a comfortable seating area and an open kitchen and dining area. A 48-inch OLED TV with Netflix, AppleTV+, Amazon Prime and a new Sonos sound system enables exciting cinema evenings. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso capsule machine and everything else a cooking and baking heart desires. In the bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200m) there is a natural wood wall made from local stone pine for a deep and healthy sleep. A reading corner with current literature promises cozy reading pleasure. The bathroom is newly renovated with toilet, washbasin and modern walk-in shower with rain shower system and free-standing glass partition. The southwest-facing balcony is furnished with a "spaghetti" lounger from the traditional Swiss company Schaffner, as well as a table and chairs. The view sweeps over the imposing Bergünerstocks far beyond the Albula Valley. If you are lucky, you can admire beautiful sunsets. In the village there is a grocery store with local products and bread service, a butcher and a post bus stop. You use our private parking space in the underground car park and can charge your electric car if needed for little money. 100% of the electricity inn Schmitten comes from hydropower and is produced by the own power station from the Schmittner creek.
