Höri vacation home on Lake Constance

Welcome to our modern and high-quality (5* DTV), detached family house with garden, for the whole family. In the middle of the artist peninsula of Höri, on the Schienerberg, south-facing slope, with plenty of space all around, 5 minutes by car from the lake. Sauna for colder days (plus 65.00 euros per week). Tourist tax is charged in addition to the Airbnb fee. On site, €1.00 per day is to be paid for all guests over 14 years of age; from April to October, €1.50 per day. The space The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. On the upper floor (barrier-free) there is a large, modern and light-flooded living-dining room with an open kitchen, a large dining table with 8 seats inside and the same again on the terrace. The garden (560 square meters) invites you to relax and play, as does the sauna in the outdoor area. A spacious garden shed in which you can store bicycles is also located in the garden. A grill is available. A double carport is available for the cars. The upper floor with a bedroom and a bathroom and kitchen, living room is also accessible. We heat with underfloor heating and also have a fireplace. Guest access All areas and the entire property are available to guests. Only the technical room is not accessible. Other things to note The house is located in the middle of the village, about 100 m from the historic pilgrimage church. We have a great village community shop, about 200 m away you can get everything, especially fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, sausage etc. from the surrounding farms.
