You will be mins from Seven Sisters Springs and within 30 mins to other multiple like 3 Sisters, Weeki Wachee, Homossasa Springs, etc. We offer a inflatable paddle board and a tandem kayak. Owner does not take any liability for use of the kayaks and paddle board. Renter is responsable for any damage or missing kayak or paddle board. You can also bring your boat. The space Well maintained 2/1 concrete home in the heart of Florida's Natures Coast. Home has a lot of it's original finishes like the Terrazzo floors but also has upgrades like a newer roof, windows, digital thermostat and laundry area. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and driveway for parking. Lania and backyard may be semi-shared if attached unit is occupied. Other things to note We have an attached 1BR Studio to Chazzdoorway. The newly remodeled studio is under the same roof as the Chazzdoorway property. All is separate except for parking, backyard and lanai area which will semi shared. The designated parking for the studio is on the grass to the right of the driveway and the house parking will be the driveway. You can rent the whole property for additional $30 at night, which will then make it a 3/2. It has to be mentioned at booking and depends on availability.
