Cozy 2-room apartment with approx. 44 m² of living space for up to 4 people on the ground floor of the Fördeblick complex Haus B. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed. The sofa bed has comfortable dimensions of 160 cm x 200 cm - here 2 people can dream comfortably. With just one handle, you turn the couch into a comfortable bed, even with slatted base. The bedroom is furnished with an upholstered bed with a 7-zone pocket spring core as a double bed (160x200 cm). The mattresses have different degrees of hardness, depending on how they are turned. All windows have blackout pleats. The living room is facing the lake side. The bathroom with shower/ toilet has a glass clad shower cabin and a rain shower. From the terrace with the lawn in front, you can look out over the rooftops of Laboe to the Kiel Fjord. Enjoy the absolute tranquility of this apartment with a view over Laboe to the Kiel Fjord. A powerful wifi connection allows you to work or browse the web if you need it. The two TVs (smart TV) have an internet connection and access to NETFLIX and other media libraries. Let your electronic employee Alexa report the weather report from Laboe, report new things from politics, or play your favorite radio station. The modern garden furniture will ensure that I will also feel very comfortable on the covered terrace. Enjoy the tranquility with birdsong and the beautiful panoramic view over Laboe to the Kiel Fjord. The apartment is on the ground floor and is handicap friendly. A small ramp takes you over a small step. At the front door is then a heel of about 7 cm. The town center, the marina and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach are within minutes walking distance. House A has a small Greek restaurant. In the season from about April to September, depending on the seasonal weather conditions, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach. You can park your car on the Fördeblick facility - you do not have an assigned parking space. For €1 per day/ per bike you can safely store up to 2 bicycles in a bicycle garage. Guests of this apartment have the opportunity to book the wallbox in front of our service office (8 minutes walk away) for charging their electric vehicle. The price is €35/load incl. VAT.
