This quaint 1930's cottage is conveniently located a couple blocks from Lake Arrowhead. Very clean, family friendly and great amenities. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace, take a scenic lake hike and enjoy nearby shopping/dining. This 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom includes a sofa bed, state of the art technology, and strong wifi. Bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms are fully stocked to make your time in the mountains enjoyable! The space Guests have access to the entire home, deck, BBQ & outdoor patio. Guest access Prior to arrival you will receive a personalized four digit door code that will grant you access to come & go as you please. Other things to note -The Village is a short 5 min drive, Skypark/Santa's Village is 10 min & Lake Gregory is 20 mins. -The driveway fits up to 3 cars comfortably. -Suggest you bring your own firewood to enjoy our warm & cozy fireplace. -Smart TV's in both upstairs bedrooms along with the living room.
