Xenonerantzia Country style Villa

Villa Xenonerantzia, is located 10 km from Corfu town and the airport, 3 km away from Gouvia village, in central Corfu. It is on a hill, with a marvelous view of the sea and the old town. The area is quiet and its location in the center of the island is ideal for a quick access to both east and west beaches. In 5 minutes distance there are super-markets, various shops, restaurants and the marina of Gouvia. The house is 260sqm, with spacious rooms, fully equipped. It has a magical vibe! The space Xenonerantzia villa is a house of 260sqm, in a property of 4600sqm, with olive and fruit trees, wild flora and a vegetable garden. It is a three floored detached house with an attic. The villa is equipped with fast satellite Spacelink internet 200-300 Mbps! In the ground floor there are: 1. A big country-style kitchen, fully equipped. 2. A separate dining-room. 3. A living-room* with a sound-system, a large TV set, board games, e-games(Wii), a bookcase, and a fire-place. 4. A WC. 5. A bedroom with a double-bed, ensuite bathroom (with both a bath tub and a shower) and a private balcony. 6. A laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. *The living-room has an access to the swimming-pool area, the roofed outdoor living-room, the outdoor dining-room and the BBQ. The swimming-pool has a fantastic view of the sea and is 10 x 3.5 m long and wide, and 1.45 m deep( legal depth). There are sunbeds and spots for relaxation. On the first floor there are: 1. A spacious bedroom with both a double and a single bed( capability for a baby cot) and its own balcony with a view of the property. 2. A study with a sofa and a terrace with a magical view of the sea and town. 3. A bathroom with a shower. In the study there is a staircase to the attic: 1. In the attic there is a double bed, space for creative activities and 2. a bathroom with a shower. Around the house there are spots for relaxation with hammocks and sitting areas as well as bicycles for rides. Under the main house there is a basement apartment with a separate entrance which is sometimes used by the house-keepers for accommodation. Guest access The distance from the airport is 10 km and from the main port 8 km. There are many car rental companies at the airport, although it is preferable to make a reservation in advance to avoid delays. There are also car rental companies near the port. There are taxi stands in both areas. The cost of a taxi ride to the house is approximately 30 euros. A car is necessary to tour the island. Alternatively, one can rent a motorbike. There are companies scattered everywhere and some are close to the house - 2 km - and in Gouvia. There is a bus stop 2 km away.
