The apartment consists of a large eat-in kitchen where you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances and accessories that will make you feel at home, as well as a small terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the large shared garden. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa, TV and comfortable seats where you can relax reading a good book that you can also find inside the apartment. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a comfortable and functional workstation, while the second bedroom has a French bed and details that will make you fall in love. The rooms are equipped with comfortable and organized wardrobes to meet the needs of all guests. Both rooms are provided with a fine bathroom furnished in a modern style. The house faces south, is always lit, warm in winter and very airy in summer, but in any case it is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. The area is provided with all services (bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores...) and as soon as you leave the house you will already be in the city center where you can enjoy pleasant walks: the neighborhood is quiet and lends itself as a starting point for any itinerary. A few hundred meters away you will access the city's limited traffic area, where you can enjoy the central shops for shopping. The house is suitable for spending a comfortable stay enjoying privacy and independence without renouncing the comforts of an apartment in the city center, "a casa di Giulia" is not just an apartment, it is a philosophy of hospitality.
