Residence La Collina is made of two buildings and an apartment closed to the swimming pool. From all the apartments you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. Thanks to the wonderful infinity pool You will feel like in heaven and after a swim, you can delight with a barbecue in the barbecue area. The space Arancia apartment is on the first floor of the pink building and it has a stunning lake view. The flat is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with bathtub or shower, a bright and comfortable living room and a wonderful panoramic terrace. Guest access Our guests have exclusive access to all the inner and outer spaces of apartment. The pool as well as the parking, bike recovery,laundry, barbecue area and playground are to share with the other guests of Residence La Collina. Other things to note Heating will be charged based on guests consumption at the rate of 0,3 EUR/kW. When temperature gets lower, during low season (LATE OCTOBER - MARCH), pool will always be closed.
