Lillebror Swedish House

"Välkommen" to our charming vacation home in the middle of beautiful Småland! Here, in the tranquil village of Fågelfors, you can look forward to a break in a homely atmosphere. Just a short walk away are a small supermarket, the church and the swimming lake Övresjön - everything for relaxing days in Swedish nature. We hope that you will feel just as comfortable and at home here as we do in Lillebror House. We look forward to welcoming you as guests! The space The detached vacation home, furnished with attention to detail, has a living area of approx. 120 m² and is spread over two floors. It has two entrances - at the front is a small veranda with seating and table. Via the rear entrance, where the terrace is also located, you can enter the kitchen directly via a small hallway (there is a guest toilet on the left). The spacious terrace is equipped with wooden furniture including seat cushions and a grill. The superbly equipped kitchen has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop with oven and a dishwasher. In addition, there is a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a milk frother, a toaster, a contact grill, a microwave and a Bosch kitchen processor. In the large kitchen there is a table with chairs and a bench - up to 7 people can sit here. On request, a highchair can be provided free of charge. On the first floor, there is also the spacious (40 m²/430 sq ft) living/dining room. In the living area there is a large couch, which can be folded out into a 1.40-wide bed. Opposite are two armchairs with footrest and a small table. In the other part of the room is a dining table with chairs and a bench. In addition, there is another couch in the basement, which can be converted into a sleeping area for one person. A curved leads from the spacious hallway of the front entrance to the upper floor. Here are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a rocking chair. The rooms offer enough space for clothes with the built-in closets. In addition to the two bedrooms, the bathroom with toilet and shower is also located on the upper floor. On request, a children's travel crib can be provided. From the hallway you can access a small balcony (above the veranda of the main entrance), which offers a small table and chairs for four people. Here you can enjoy the sunset wonderfully! Other things to note Optional: Linen package consisting of towels and bed linen 20 euros each (to be PAID on site) Mandatory: - Advance payment for water/electricity consumption: 100 euros (please transfer to the landlord before the start of the trip; the account number will be announced in good time. (After billing, the remaining money will be transferred back immediately) - Final cleaning: SEK 800 or EUR 80 (to be PAID on site) - Electricity costs: per kWh between 40 and about 50 cents varies but is offset against electricity prepayment and remitted. - Water costs: 5 euros per m³
