For other people, pets or private parking, please ask us The space LOCATION The spacious, detached villa is located on a hill by the bathing area, only 80 stair treads away from the relaxing direct access to the sea. A 10-minute walk takes you to the small, quiet and romantic village at the foot of the bay, that is also a good starting point to explore magnificent places, restaurants, stores and other natural and historical beauties on the attractive island of Brač. A car is recommended. In the village itself there are two restaurants, a small grocery store and a café, which is, led by it´s friendly hosts, the meeting place for locals all year round. At the exit from the bay onto the open sea, directly under the old quarry, there is a beautiful little beach from where you can watch the boats coming in and out. There you have a wonderful view of the open sea and a paradisiacal little beach bar called 'Beachbox', which fills this place with good spirit and delicious drinks. (not accessible on foot) Bobovisce offers something for everyone, especially the luxury of exclusivity, as you will come to a place where the number of accommodations and therefore tourism is very limited. The calm waters of the bay are popular with sailors on certain days. If you'd like to go on a kayak- or sup-tour to explore the beautiful bay or discover the extraordinary landscape full of olive groves by bike, we can help you organize it. THE ACCOMMODATION The villa offers magnificent panoramic views and a wonderful sense of privacy for up to 10 people. The entire villa consists of two separate apartments. In the top apartment with a separate entrance there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a comfortably furnished living room with an open kitchen and a balcony with a magnificent view. In the apartment below there is space for 6 people, 2 bedrooms with double beds and one with two beds, a bathroom and a large living room, as well as a kitchen with access to the approx. 50 m2 terrace with a beautiful view of the bay and the greenery. Because the house is totally free of buildings on two sides. An outdoor barbecue on the terrace and an open kitchen offerthe perfect opportunity to prepare your meals outdoors. The outdoor shower is ideal for cooling off quickly. Around the villa there are numerous places, open terraces and green lawns that invite you to relax. Parking lot: You can park your car in the public parking lot in the village or 150 meters away, which is not always available in the season. Our neighbor still has capacity and would rent out a space for 50 euros a week. Please contact us if you are interested.
