ADDITIONAL DETAILS Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets for a $100 per stay pet fee (maximum of two dogs), charged through Airbnb. We have a brand new large fenced yard. Infant Accessories: We have a playpen/crib/changing table combo, high chair, baby bath and baby gate. Guest access You have access to the entire home and 1 acre yard with two private and separate entrances upstairs and downstairs if needed. Please note the fireplace pictured in the living room, is only decorative and does not work. Please note, that stays over 28 days require a separate and signed rental agreement, additional cleaning fee, and security deposit. No pee pads inside; please clean up after pets using provided waste bags and dispose of in the outdoor silver garbage can. Pets left alone must be crated indoors. CANCELLATION POLICY Please note our cancellation policy is non-negotiable. In addition, we can not move dates. We suggest buying travel insurance to protect from unexpected plan changes.
