The space Explore the city of Heraklion and enjoy the privilege to easily reach several destinations to the East and West of Crete from our centrally located, luxury penthouse. The view to the sea and to the harbour is magnificent from our sunny sun deck, where you’ll be able to sunbathe, dine or simply enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location is excellent, since it is only a few minutes away from the town centre, the harbour, the yacht marina with its promenade, the central bus station and the taxi station. Unlimited options for shopping, restaurants, bistros, clubs, pubs, cafes and all sorts of entertainment. The apartment is spacious, furnished with chic, tasteful, modern furniture and fully equipped with all amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Our area is residential, very clean and quiet. Here's a brief description of the apartment's spaces and amenities: As you enter you’ll find the lounge - sleeping area with - a double, king bed with night table - a large closet - a laptop table with the TV - the main A/C unit (for cooling and heating) - the sofa bed (for one adult) To the right is our kitchenette with - oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender/mixer - plenty of pots/pans/platters - Serving utensils The dining table sits 4 people and we placed it outside on the sun terrace. There is an extra space, past the kitchenette with a breakfast high table and stools. This serves as a utility area too with the washing machine aside. By the kitchen there is a modern bathroom with shower. We strongly recommend a minimum stay of 3 nights, so that there's enough time to admire our beautiful town's ''must see'' attractions and to discover the Heraklion’s secret gems!!! Guest access The whole house is set up to welcome you, our guest. The entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Feel free to explore it and use its facilities as you would in your own place. Please, make yourself at home. The parking areas marked with blue stripes are intended for local residents staying in the centre. You should avoid parking your car there.
