NatRatcha Home Studio | Cozy room in City center

NatRatcha Home Studio is a house that our family has designed to be used for work, relaxation, and meeting with all our guests. The room is on the 3rd floor of the house. There are 2 rooms connected. There is 1 private bathroom located between the two bedrooms. This bathroom can be accessed from both sides. The common area will be on the 2nd floor. It is a space that can be shared, whether for watching movies, working, or eating. There is also 1 more bathroom. This house will only have you and our small family, so you can freely use the space in the house. :) Guest access Guests can use the common area, there is a kitchenette and a living area on the second floor of the house. During your stay You can contact them by phone number or email. Other things to note - The house will send the access code on the day of check-in after 2pm. - Check-in is from 14:00 - 19:00 if you wish to check in the morning or later. At least 1 day prior to check-in. - In the case of early check-in, additional fees may apply and are subject to availability on the day. You can ask before your stay. - Check out time is 12:00 noon. For the check out, there will be an extra fee of 1000 baht per hour. After 2:00 PM will be the full price of the room rate. This request depends on the room available on the day and please notify the listing at least 1 day in advance. - Loud stuff from 21:00 - 09:00 - The property can accommodate up to 4 people. If you exceed the limit, there is an additional charge for children 5-11 years, 200 baht/person/night. There is no extra bed. Children or adults 12 years and over 450 baht/person/night Extra mattress provided (mattress) - The property is a non-smoking room, if violated, fine up to 5,000 baht.
