NatRatcha Home Studio | Cozy room in City center

NatRatcha Home Studio is a house that our family has designed to be used for work, relaxation, and meeting with all our guests. The room is on the 3rd floor of the house. There are 2 rooms connected. There is 1 private bathroom located between the two bedrooms. This bathroom can be accessed from both sides. The common area will be on the 2nd floor. It is a space that can be shared, whether for watching movies, working, or eating. There is also 1 more bathroom. This house will only have you and our small family, so you can freely use the space in the house. :) The space This is our home. ☺️ • The guest room is a private room on the 3rd floor with 1 private bathroom accessible from both sides. • The common area is on the 2nd floor, including our room. • The first floor is our office space. Guest access Guests can use the common areas, a small kitchen, and a seating area on the 2nd floor of the house. During your stay Contact by phone or chat. Other things to note - The property will send you the house code on the check-in date after 2:00 pm. - Check-in is from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in earlier or later, please inform us at least 1 day before check-in. - Early check-in may incur additional fees depending on room availability on that day. Please inquire before your stay. - Check-out time is 11 am. For late check-out, there is an additional fee of 1,000 baht per hour. After 2:00 pm, the full room rate will apply. This request is subject to room availability on that day. Please notify the accommodation at least 1 day in advance. - No loud noise from 9 pm - 9 am. - The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. If more than the limit, there is an additional charge for children aged 5-11 years of 200 baht/person/night. No extra beds. Children or adults 12 years and older 450 baht/person/night. Extra mattress provided. - The room is non-smoking. If you violate this, you will be fined up to 5,000 baht.
