Must be 25 older to rent. The space The condominium has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master room with a king bed and second room with a queen bed. Additional bunk bed in the hall for small kids and a sofa queen bed in the living room. TV's in all rooms and living area. Private patio where you can relax with a porch swing. You can use the exterior storage #B with one umbrella and four beach chairs that you are welcome to use. Guest access Parking for the beach: You can use a parking lote inside Seascape right across the street from the Whale's Tail Bar and Grill to access the beach maintaining visibly the vehicle pass. Other things to note We will provide lines and bathroom towels. Please bring your own beach towels. If you are considering a long-term reservation and would like additional cleaning during your stay, there will be an extra fee if you choose to use this service. After the final inspection, an additional fee may be charged if a deep cleaning is deemed necessary.
