Vacation home Samara 8 / Overlook of the Achterwasser

Our holiday complex consists of 3 houses, each with two halves of the house on a 3000 m² fenced community property. The holiday home halves are in the 1st row overlooking the Achterwasser and each have a furnished terrace with their own hot tub. There is a small playground for shared use, as well as a garden barrel sauna (use for an extra charge). Linens & towels not included (optionally bookable) >Note the additional rules!< The space The halves of the house were modernized in 2021 and can accommodate up to 6 guests on 85 m² of non-smoking living space. Upstairs is the living area with a cozy sofa corner and views of the Achterwasser. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and two single beds, as well as the kitchen area with a fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment (a children's dining chair is available). The bathroom has a wellness shower and toilet. From the kitchen you can access the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a hot tub. - The parking space (one per house) has been enlarged due to guest feedback to facilitate loading and unloading. - The hot tub can be used from May to at least the end of October. (Depending on weather conditions, even longer.) - The sauna (fee: 6 x 1 euro pieces per 1 hour) can be used. - Free Wi-Fi (please note our additional rules). - Fly screens are on every window on the lower floor. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -> Additional fees: <-> 1. In addition to the pet cleaning fee of €39.00, which is included in the booking selection (pets), there is also a pet accommodation fee of €10.00 per day. This must be paid separately (payment by bank transfer - see info email after booking). 2. Optional to book: You can request a linen set for €19.00 per person per stay (consisting of bed linen and towels 1x large, 1x small) by email and pay by bank transfer (see info email after booking). Additional notes: * Pets are allowed with us. The pet owner is obliged to keep the animal in such a way that other guests are not disturbed or endangered. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the cottage. The guest is obliged to remove all waste left by the animal on our premises. Pets are not allowed to use the hot tub. * ** Please remember mosquito repellent, especially in the evening hours this can be helpful. *** *** A travel cot for children up to 3 years can be provided free of charge. Please let us know by email! **** Guest access * All equipment provided, such as trampoline, swing, sandbox, badminton + net, sauna (extra charge), communal seating groups and beach chairs, can be used by all tenants at their own risk. Parents are also liable for their children. * You have access to our barrel sauna, it is available to the guests of houses 5/6/7/8/9/. Cost: 1 hour €6.00 (€1 coins)
