Villa Castelletto & Spa Sea View with Heated pool

Inside, the villa boasts spacious living spaces and elegantly furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds and linens The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive away, while the city and airport are easily accessible within 10-15 minutes The space Villa Castelletto Sea View has a master bedroom with a King sized bed, ensuit full bathroom and a walk-in closet on the main floor. Another 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds , a full bathroom and a washermachine (clothes) is on the first level. Its living room has a half bathroom, a sofa couch that easily becomes a double bed as well as an Plasma 65’ TV with satellite TV and internet access. Its kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and a dish-washing machine. There is a large veranda with a sea view, a dinning exterior table and even a tear drop swing chair. Guest access Villa Castelletto’s relaxing area has an infinity heated swimming pool to cool off. Then decompress in an authentic Finnish Sauna, soak in an open air Hot Tub, have a BBQ in the garden or just sit at the outdoor Fire Pit surrounded by a forest of olive and orange trees with the Ionian Sea in the background. Other things to note There are many beaches in the area, within a few minutes drive (3-5 min). Well known beaches such as Alykes (sandy long beach), Tsilivi (sandy), Makrigialo (small pebble), Xigia (sulfur therapeutic beach) and Tsilivi Water sports are all just 10-15 minutes away. Close by, there is a supermarket and a tavern serving traditional Greek food. Please note Greece has an unfortunate stray animal issue -mostly cats but also some dogs. It is very likely you will encounter stray cats at or around the villa grounds. We will also sometimes be offering local sweets and/or foods that might contain allergens such as nuts.
