Be careful and cautious when driving. Please arrive before dark if you are not familiar with mountain roads. In winter we strongly encourage you have an AWD vehicle. - We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. - You will likely see and hear critters - Bugs (ants, millipedes, bees, and other insects) may be present. Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis. Being in the Smoky Mountains can create its challenges with insects. - Bears are dangerous. They frequent the area. Keep your distance and do not feed them. - The fireplace is electric and run by remote control. - The hot tub is a great place to relax. - Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. - No late check out. - Please purchase travel insurance if you are concerned about circumstances that may keep you from being able to come or stay the entirety of your trip. - Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided - Our cabin is not pet friendly. - Absolutely no fires inside or out (except for the charcoal grill). Guest access The cabin has a parking area in front that fits 1-2 vehicles depending on the size. This is not a shared space, so your stay includes the entire cabin and parking area.
