Quiet area, close to many services. -It has: 2 large bed rooms and 1 smaller, 2 large living rooms whose one with a new and fully equipped kitchen (dish washer machine and laundry included ). The other and main living room offers also a large sofa-bed and an atelier with a large smart tv both for relaxing and working or dining. -There are 2 toilettes of which one with entrance from the light blue bedroom and the other one with bathtub and hot tub under request and price of 10€ per day of use may apply (just to avoid water use waste but please just ask); -2 balconies-terraces with sunny and shining partial nature view. The two balconies-terraces have also place for drying as they enjoy plenty of sunshine. -The apartment is placed in a central and quiet zone of Montepulciano. Very accessible and close to the historical part of Montepulciano (200mt.), the apartment is close to 2 large free parkings (50mt.) and bus station (100mt.), therefore very easy for luggage transportation (second floor after only about 20 steps). Also, it is very close to shopping and food markets, local market (Thursday) bars and restaurants. Guest access All: if you are 2 guests and wish to use both of the bedrooms for sleeping separately, you should book for 3 people (meaning only about 15€ more per night, discounts for longer stay).If you are 3 guests and wish to sleep separetely you should Book for 5 people.
