The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Monaco with its world class beach, Monte Carlo, restaurants, 15 minute drive to Italy and 3 minutes from local shops. The building has fitness facilities and a pool. We have two balconies perfect for dining or sunbathing both with Monaco ocean views. The space The home has one bedroom with 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a kitchen island, and it is beautifully furnished. There are two outdoor patios with outdoor dining table and patio furniture. This is a brand new apartment that is minutes from beaches, Monte Carlo, The Country Club Tennis, Monaco Grand Prix, Monte Carlo beaches, Monte Carlo casinos and nightlife, shopping, fabulous walks, and world class dining. The true Cote'd Azur experience but private, quiet tranquil and serene. The property has it's own community pool and a large sundeck to relax in a secure parking space near the apartment. This is also our vacation home and we decorate in a true "home" style not simply a vacation rental as we enjoy the property ourselves throughout the year. We provide high quality bedding, towels, wonderful comfortable furniture and bed, a chef's kitchen cooking pans and dining ware. There is a widescreen TV in the living room with a DVD video library and a TV in the bedroom.
