The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds as well as a large living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen including all electronic appliances such as fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, etc. There is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet in the apartment. In addition, there is a separate toilet. In the living area there is a sofa bed which is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. For babies and toddlers up to the age of 5, an extra bed and highchair can be provided free of charge. In the hallway is a wardrobe for your jackets and shoes. The 70 m² and light-flooded accommodation is suitable for up to 6 people. The spacious terrace is accessible from the living room and invites you to relax in the evening overlooking the countryside. The bedroom and the living area each have their own smart TV. Of course, we also provide bed linen and towels free of charge. We also have consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, and coffee filters ready for you. In the interest of our guests, smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. Pets aren't allowed. There is a one-time final cleaning fee of €80. Other things to note In the house there are two more apartments in which pets live (dog + cat) The staircase is shared by the owners and guests.
