With 21 units in the building, The Botanical is well-suited to host larger groups while still giving each guest their own space. Guest access We do not issue keys or provide access codes in advance. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests will receive an access code for the keypad entry into the building and their own unique code for their room upon arrival. We want to ensure all guests are familiar with our lock system and feel comfortable settling into the building. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please message us ahead of time with your estimated arrival — if we are not notified and any issues occur after 10:00 PM, we may not be able to assist until the following morning. Smoking is not permitted (this includes indoors and common areas). Events and parties are not permitted at this property. Wi-Fi access information is included in the in-room instructions.
