Welcome to our vacation home Other things to note 'Meeresbrise 257'. Our beautiful beach house delivers what the name promises! Here you can only hear the sea rustling and the birds chirping. Additional Fees & Fees Notes: €150 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. (over New Year's Eve €200.00). The security deposit will be refunded less than the additional costs after departure. Costs for electricity (€0.40/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are billed according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the security deposit paid. Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered for a fee on request. One pet can be booked at an extra cost. More on request. The spa tax is due before arrival. Parking nearby the house is free of charge. Another parking lot can be rented for a fee. The house has a new cozy sofa and a large flat-screen TV in the living area. On the gallery, a futon bed offers sleeping space for 2 people (mattress 140 x 200 cm). Relax in our sauna or hot tub on colder days. Relax with a cup of tea or a glass of red wine in our light-flooded gallery or in front of the fireplace. Electric underfloor heating ensures a 'cozy climate' even on colder days. Our house is an idyll in all seasons! It is only 50 m to the long white sandy beach. Ideal in autumn or winter after the sauna – in just 2 minutes you are on the water! Start directly at the house and take miles of beach hikes to Sellin or in the other direction to Göhren. A tip: get up early for once. It's worth it - the sunrises on the island are an experience you will remember for a long time to come. Please note: the houses in the beach park are in a biosphere reserve, so grilling with an open fire is not allowed.
