Cataloochee Mountain stay at Grapevine Creek

Welcome to Grapevine Creek, located in the Cataloochee Mountains of Western North Carolina. Enjoy this spacious one bedroom, one bathroom first floor suite with mountain views. We are 10 miles from the Cataloochee Valley entrance of the Smoky Mountains, where you can enjoy hiking and elk sightings. Our property is located in the town of Waynesville (12 miles from downtown), which includes nearby restaurants, breweries, a cute downtown shopping area, and beautiful views at Lake Junaluska. The space The space is connected to our home with its own private parking and entrance that is separate with no access to the main house. Your stay will include a bright and airy cozy living and dining area with board games, TV and streaming services. The kitchenette amenities include a coffee bar, water station, dining essentials, microwave and mini fridge. The bedroom suite includes a queen size bed, closet and an attached spacious 3/4 bathroom. Off the entrance guests will find a private outdoor patio surrounded by a creek, pond and mountains. Enjoy listening to the water flowing from the creek and waterfall near our pond in a very secluded setting. There are also chickens, geese, sheep, and goats. You will hear the animals during your stay. Guest access When guests pull up the driveway they will see the pond and creek to their left, and a paver patio and gravel parking area to the right. Guests can park in front of the property entrance near the patio. We will send over door access instructions 24 hours before your stay. Our property is located on 10 acres which guests are welcome to explore at their leisure. If you're an early riser, we encourage you to peek around the corner facing east to enjoy the breathtaking sunrise views. Other things to note The property is conveniently located off Highway 40 near Maggie Valley.
