Bask on the spectacular view from atop. Feel at home cooking your favorite meals and doing the laundry. Work remotely in a dedicated space. Strategically located in SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex, near the Airport, Ikea, Solaire, CCP Complex, World Trade Center, and the famous Manila Bay for sunset viewing. The space Homey Condo by the Bay (located at Shore 2 Tower 1), your home away from home, is a modern and minimalist-designed studio-type unit. The unit is well-lit creating a cozy feel and enhancing your mood. Up to four guests can stay in a queen-size orthopedic bed and a comfy sofa bed. Connect online and enjoy some movies with a 55-inch 4K UHD Smart Android TV and a stable wifi and cable connection. The toilet and bath is equipped with a shower heater and a bidet. You can cook your favorite meals with electric cooktop with rangehood and implements provided. Guest access Stay in a cozy, minimalist, and modern studio-type unit with a queen-size orthopedic bed and sofa bed. Feel free to use the cooking tools and implements as you prepare your favorite meals. Do the laundry at your convenience. Work remotely in a dedicated space. You can use the swimming pool at Php 150 on regular days and Php 300 on holidays. You can also avail of paid parking space in front of the building. Other things to note As an academic, I (Rachelle) travel a lot to present my research, attend conferences, and conduct benchmarking activities. For my family, we make sure to travel at least once a year. My go-to-place for accommodations whether work-related or vacation is Airbnb.
