The space The villa comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with a large family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a large sitting and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with an island unit and breakfast stool seating and a smaller shower room. Outside there is an attractive brick built charcoal BBQ plus plenty of space for al- fresco dining and the swimming pool is set in our beautiful gardens with built in seating and shaded areas! Guest access Guests have access to the whole property! Other things to note Hello! As of April 2024 the greek government has introduced a new climate resilience tax which amounts to an extra charge of €15 per night from April - October and €4 per night from November -March. This is a separate payment which we collect on behalf of the government and can be paid through the resolution centre or during your stay at the villa.
