It is also equipped with outdoor furniture and an outdoor hot tub, usable in all seasons The space The house consists of a detached house among woods and olive and vineyards in a hilly area 300 m above sea level in the upper Valdarno. The house was originally the "carriage house" of the "Castel de Rossi-Gucci" farm built at an ancient medieval watchtower. The small village is located on the ridge between two small valleys that open to the northeast with a splendid view of a large part of the Arno river valley. La Tancherina was part of the former Gucci property, recently renovated in 2017 and 2022, making improvements in the furnishings and equipping it with air conditioning in the rooms, Wi-Fi, a carbon monoxide detector in the kitchen and a small first aid kit. The house is spread over two floors and has a size of 120 square meters. The Jacuzzi, located in the private garden, is usable in all seasons by communicating it to the host at the time of booking with a surcharge of: €100 up to 7 days, €190 from 1 to 14 days and €250 for periods longer than 14 days.
