The Peacock Penthouse unit has a boho glam vibe much like the decadent peacock, who populates the unit with touches of feathery glam throughout. Waterfall granite countertops, exquisite backsplash, new cabinetry, and a huge fireplace and entertainment center. The unit comes with free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). There is a parking space available. The space The Peacock is on the second floor or a two story spacious, well kept, apartment building with all corporate extended stay clients. Security doors to enter building and code locks to enter building. Guest access Private apartment just for you the guest. Hallway and stairs of the building and outside outdoor area with picnic table is shared community space. Other things to note TVs are Roku Hisense selected for having the fewest buttons possible and ease of use. There is high speed internet, WiFi and a Spectrum cable package. Also enjoy logging into your own personal tv app subscriptions if you prefer. This is a nice safe neighborhood. There are a number of places to eat that are in walking distance. Close to highway access, grocery, etc. We have a picnic table area set between our two buildings with flowers and pine trees. We have 16 furnished corporate units at this building and 67 from Green Bay through Portage. There is a large grassy field next door to our two buildings. We are Appleton Corporate Housing.
