Apartment "Mister Stringer" in the old forester's house Boppard

The historic forester's house at Kreuzberg with integrated Kreuzberg chapel was built in 1736 and is located on a wooded hill in an idyllic location above Boppard. Families, hikers, cyclists and nature lovers will enjoy the park's similarly landscaped garden with sunbathing lawn, biotope pond, old trees and a half-timbered stable, surrounded by numerous hiking trails, including the famous Rheinsteig and the Welterbesteig. The space Relax in our cozy apartment high above Boppard with magnificent views of the Middle Rhine Valley and the city. Our Mister Stringer apartment offers a living area of 52 m². It is located on the 2nd floor (and attic) of our old vacation home Boppard. The entrance in the staircase leads to the living room, which extends over the entire length of the house. It includes a small kitchen with all the necessary facilities and a dining area for 4 people. In the middle area there is a sitting area, a small workstation and the flat-screen TV. In the front area, there are two single beds for children or adults. The bedroom has a double bed, armchair and dressers. Please choose your outdoor seating in front of our vacation home on one of the terraces with a garden table, four chairs and an umbrella. Relax in the great outdoors at sunset in this unique and tranquil apartment and use our various garden terraces or the large lawn with garden chairs, garden loungers and umbrellas in the warm seasons in our garden park with pond. Enjoy the cozy retreats for mild summer evenings, for barbecuing and outdoor dining. Guest access One of the outstanding features of our Altes Forsthaus Boppard is the beautiful conservatory. It is the ideal place for family gatherings, cozy breakfasts with friends, training events or group meetings and can accommodate up to 21 people. Enjoy the inviting atmosphere and spend pleasant hours in this stylish room. In summer, we invite you to sit on our spacious garden terrace. Here you can enjoy delicious food from the grill and taste the excellent wines of our Rhine region. For the well-being of our guests, we provide a centrally located utility room. There you will find a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack and ironing station. Use these facilities to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to feel at home. Other things to note The cost of your guest card(s) is not included in your rental. The Boppard City Administration charges a guest fee of €1.50 per person aged 18 and over per night to fulfill your tourist tasks. Upon receipt of your guest fee, we will forward your contributions. You will pay the guest fee upon your arrival. At least 14 days before your arrival, we will ask for the information we need to apply for your guest card(s).
