The ideal tiny home, with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor, accommodating up to 3 guests or 2 adults and 2 kids. A cozy 170-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushed toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
