Less than a 3-hour drive from Utrecht is this 200-year-old farmhouse. It has been renovated into a cozy home for families, which will form a good basis for, for example, your hiking or biking tour through the Eifel. The barn and garden are still being worked on, but the terrace with play tower and BBQ is for you ready. The private swimming pool is also ready! And in the Eifel there are all kinds of things to do: there are play parks, castles and volcanoes, but you can also visit cities, such as Cologne and Trier. The space This house is still quite new on Airbnb. We rent out the adjacent "Peace and space 1" for a longer period of time, there one can stay with 12 people. This house is a bit smaller than our other house, but it is clear and cozy for smaller groups, such as families. It has recently been renovated but the old character has been preserved, partly thanks to the antique furniture. Behind the house is a terrace available, with a playground with swings and slide. And now the private pool is ready! The diameter is 6 meters, the depth is 1.20 meters. Guest access At the ground floor are the living room with new wood stove, dining area, guest toilet, laundry room (with washing machine) and kitchen. Includes hob, combi-oven microwave, small fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. A staircase leads you to the first floor. There are three spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. There is also a large attic available, for storage or to dry the laundry. Through the dining area, you can outside on a spacious terrace, with a dining table and a BBQ. Other things to note Thanks to the double windows, it is very quiet inside. The automatic ventilation system ensures that fresh air is always present. There is a large shed and a garage, where, for example, cars, motorcycles and bicycles can be stored.
