The space Located on the first floor, Apartment 3 offers a unique seaside experience with a fully private roof garden featuring a jacuzzi hot tub, sun loungers, outdoor dining table, and comfortable sofa, all enjoying breathtaking sea views. The rooftop terrace is exclusively for the use of Apartment 3 guests. The roof garden is accessible only by stairs and can be reached either via the main building staircase or through a private staircase that connects directly from the apartment’s balcony. Inside, the apartment features two beautifully designed bedrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed, while the second includes two single beds with an upper mattress, which can be separated upon request, and a balcony with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The apartment also includes a stylish living room with a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the balcony, furnished for outdoor relaxation with sea views. A full bathroom and an additional WC provide extra comfort. Guests benefit from free private parking, and the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access to the first floor.
