The space Located on the first floor, Apartment 3 offers a unique seaside experience with a fully private roof garden featuring a jacuzzi hot tub, sun loungers, outdoor dining table, and comfortable sofa, all enjoying breathtaking sea views. The rooftop terrace is exclusively for the use of Apartment 3 guests. The roof garden is accessible only by stairs and can be reached either via the main building staircase or through a private staircase that connects directly from the apartment’s balcony. Inside, the apartment features two beautifully designed bedrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed, while the second includes two single beds with an upper mattress, which can be separated upon request, and a balcony with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The apartment also includes a stylish living room with a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the balcony, furnished for outdoor relaxation with sea views. A full bathroom and an additional WC provide extra comfort. Guests benefit from free private parking, and the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access to the first floor. From 1 November to 1 April, the apartment is also ideal for longer stays (28nights or more), welcoming guests who work remotely or wish to experience the authentic Cretan lifestyle during the quieter winter season, when the island reveals its most traditional and peaceful side. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment. There are no shared spaces, and every indoor and outdoor area is entirely private. The roof garden / terrace with the jacuzzi hot tub is for the exclusive use of this apartment’s guests only, ensuring complete privacy and a truly relaxing stay. Other things to note HOUSEKEEPING • Housekeeping is included 1 time per week of stay. •For monthly stays (25 nights or more) housekeeping is not included, however we provide clean sheets and towels 1 time per week of stay.
