Our apartment "Funky Four" for up to 6 people was completed in 2022. It is modern, close to the beach and both stylishly and comfortably furnished, barrier-free and with high comfort. The apartment is particularly impressive due to its great location almost directly behind the dike, only 170 m from the sea and has its own parking space. In 3 minutes you can reach the promenade and the sea on foot. On cold days, the sauna pampers you and guarantees rest and relaxation. Our apartment "Funky Four" is furnished with a lot of love for detail, extraordinary & tasteful highlights and high-quality amenities. The very well-designed 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of an 8-party house. It is accessible both via the staircase and with an elevator. The intercom is equipped with a camera. In the spacious entrance area you will find plenty of space for shoes and jackets, as well as a large mirror and a small stool for putting on shoes. Continue into the heart of the apartment. This is a large, cozy living room with 2 spacious, comfortable sofas and smart TV. The dining area is equipped with a large, rustic wooden table and particularly comfortable chairs. The south-facing balcony, which is over 8 m long, can be accessed from both the living room and the dining area. Here you can relax in the chill lounge and enjoy the sun with a glass of wine into the evening. The balcony has a covered and an uncovered area. You look from the balcony to the neighboring houses and the dike and if you look closely, you may even see the sea flashing through the trees. An additional deck chair with a cushion is located in the storage room. Slightly set back in the living room is the open, stylish kitchen with brand new equipment. It leaves nothing to be desired. Whether you want to cook or not, the kitchen has everything for everyone. From the kitchen, a small storage room is accessible, where you will find a washing machine, clothes rack, 4 additional folding chairs, a highchair, a folding baby bed, a deck chair and a vacuum cleaner. Here you can also store your purchases in a large shelf. Made possible by the great layout, it now goes into a second hallway, from which the two bedrooms and the internal bathroom can be entered. The 1st bedroom for 2 people is equipped with a high-quality, comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a 3-door wardrobe, an armchair and a TV. The 2nd, larger bedroom for up to 4 people is equipped with 2 high-quality, custom-made, solid double bunk beds (sleeping area 90 x 200 cm each). These beds are extremely comfortable and not only suitable for children, but also for (young) adults. In this bedroom there are also 2 large clothes racks, a cozy chill corner, a TV as well as a desk with a desk chair and additional lamp for home office or workation. The high-quality bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, walk-in, very large shower, towel rack and large mirror front. As a highlight, there is a cozy sauna for up to 2 people, which can be heated up to 80°C. The bathroom is also equipped with a hairdryer, stool, shelf and towel hook. The furnishings of the rooms as well as the room layout allow a dream vacation for up to 6 people. All windows throughout the apartment are floor-to-ceiling and therefore the apartment is bright and flooded with light. To protect yourself from too much sun in the warm season, all windows and window fronts are equipped with electric shutters that can be closed and opened at any time and as needed. Thanks to the electric shutters, all rooms can be completely darkened without exception. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating and a smart heating system, so that a cozy, pleasant warmth is created. In this apartment you can realize your Baltic Sea dream vacation in any season. Not only in summer is the apartment an absolute highlight due to its proximity to the beach and great amenities. Likewise, in the cooler season and in winter, the modern decor, underfloor heating and warming up in the sauna after long walks on the beach create an absolute vacation feeling. The apartment "Funky Four" is assigned a private parking space (No. 5) including a carport and a small storage room. The storage room in the parking lot is exclusively available to you for your stay. Bicycles or a stroller or a handcart can be parked here. For information for those arriving by car with a roof box: The carport height is 2.30 m at the lowest point (please note to avoid damage to the roof box and carport). Other things to note Check-in on the day of arrival is at 4 pm. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10 am Check-in & check-out are completely autonomous and flexible. You will receive the apartment keys from our key safe. Pets aren't allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. The tourist tax (Baltic Sea Card) must be paid by the guest in advance via the app for the entire period and the overnight guests. (Further information is contained in the guest folder)
