Cozy, private bedroom & bathroom upstairs in artist' home, mid-Main Street in the historic village of East Aurora. Bedroom offers a ceiling fan, AC in the summer as well as light-blocking shades ... sleep in! Walking distance to many attractions...Knox Farm State Park, Bar Bill Tavern, 189 Public House, Main & Hamlin, Mister's (live music), Aurora Brew Works, Marta's Italian, Roycroft Campus, Art Galleries, Elm Street Bakery, Riley's, Taste Bistro, 42North Brewery, etc. The space We want you to be comfortable during your stay! Please ask if there's something you need. Our place has a very relaxed, laid-back vibe. A bit arty. The room is as pictured & described here...its a small, upstairs bedroom with queen bed and bathroom a few steps down the hall. Decor is reclaimed industrial/vintage with a beach theme in the bathroom. Guest access Side door entrance with boot bench. Upstairs, second-floor private bedroom and bathroom a few steps away in a shared (with host) hallway. During your stay We're typically around during the day, but might be in-and-out. Occasionally we are out-of-town traveling in which case we will leave alternative local names/numbers to reach if needed. We have a very friendly, medium sized dog - she barks at noises, but with a hello and pat on the head, will quickly become your friend. Other things to note Areas on the property not mentioned in the 'guest access' section are off-limits unless you have specific permission from the property owners. We live 'on-property' and ask that guests respect QUIET time in all areas after 11pm.
