Comforts of home kitchen essentials includes dishware , full knife set, flatware, Keurig and coffee pot. ★ OUTDOOR LIVING★ Deck with dining and seating area, wood burning fire pit, charcoal grill, ★GENERAL★ Washer/dryer, linens & towels provided, starter packs of household essential products, shower and body amenities, board games and books/magazines ★PETS★ Well-behaved pets are permitted at our “pet-friendly” cabin. A non-refundable pet fee ($25 for 1 and contact us if you have more) is required. Guests must clean up any dog waste. Pets should not be left unattended. If any evidence of an undisclosed animal is discovered during or after the stay guests will be charged a pet fee. In addition, all damages caused by the pet are the sole responsibility of the Guest. Other things to note While in the mountains, you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters. We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters. Keep in mind we are in the forest (their home) so seeing any sort of critters is expected!
