You will find the relaxation area, where the TV screen and the three elegant white sofas are the protagonists, of which two at night become a double bed and two single beds, the dining area with table that accommodates up to 6 people and the well-equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area guarantees you quiet sleep in the double bedroom with its orange tint. The bathroom ensures you have unforgettable moments of pampering with its relaxing shade of blue. Thanks to the big sliding windows and comfortable equipment, the vast outdoor spaces are livable as a real extension of the accommodation, equipped with all the necessary moments of relaxation and conviviality. You have a private covered patio equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, private relaxation area shaded by olive trees and equipped with sun loungers and hammocks, and finally a private terrace from which you can enjoy an exceptional view of the large pool that is located in the garden below. Although another building where the owner lives is located on the property, guests have the utmost privacy because they enjoy the exclusive use of the pool, because they have a private gate to access the property and finally because the blinds of the other building are closed that are visible from the house. However, for most of the summer the owner is not in the house so in the summer it is very likely that you are alone on the property. The pool is accessible 24 hours a day, regularly clean and maintained, and is excellently equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, sofas, table and outdoor shower. At sunset the pool also offers a nice chromatic show with its nighttime lighting in changing colors.
