In the middle of the light-flooded dune forest, just a few steps away from the beach, you can experience unforgettable vacation days. Additional Fees & Fees Notes: The rental prices are for 6 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night. Please note that during New Year's Eve week, the property can only be booked weekly at a fixed price, arrival/departure day. A security deposit of €250 is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. Electricity (€0.60 per kWh) and water (€6.50 per cubic meter) costs will be billed according to consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit paid. Bed and bath linens, firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. The spa tax is due before arrival. Parking nearby the house is free of charge. Another parking lot can be rented for a fee. The house has all the amenities that make for a successful vacation. You can relax by the crackling wood burner in the spacious living area. Wi-Fi, board games, TV and stereo system mean there's no time for boredom, even on cloudy days. In the colder season, electric underfloor heating provides pleasant "foot warmth." In the kitchen you will find all the essential appliances to conjure up culinary delights together. The large dining table provides room for the whole family. Speaking of family: For our little guests, we have a baby cot (incl. mattress) and a highchair are provided. The child-friendly amenities are completed by insect screens on the windows and a stair gate. There is room for 6 people in the three bedrooms, and a sofa bed is available on the mezzanine for two more people. The highlight is our wellness area with sauna and hot tub. Here you can relax wonderfully. There's another WC on the 1st floor, but no shower. The floor plan shown is a closet. Sun worshippers will get their money's worth on the large terrace. You can already see the sea from the house, and the beach is just a few meters away. We are happy to welcome you. Barbecuing with an open fire is not permitted in the beach park. Forest fire hazard!
