Please note that during the New Year's Eve week the property can only be booked weekly at a fixed price, flexible arrival/departure day. € 250 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. Costs for electricity (€0.60 per kWh) and water (€6.50 per cubic meter) are billed according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the paid security deposit. Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking near the house is free of charge. Another parking space can be rented for a fee. The house has all the amenities that make a successful vacation. In the spacious living area you can relax by the crackling fireplace. Wi-Fi, board games, TV and stereo system do not allow boredom to arise even on cloudy days. In the colder season, electric underfloor heating ensures pleasant "foot warmth". In the kitchen you will find all the important appliances to conjure up culinary delicacies together. The large dining table can accommodate the entire family. Speaking of family: For our little guests, a baby cot (incl. mattress) and a highchair are available. The child-friendly furnishings are completed by insect screens on the windows and a stair gate. 6 people can be accommodated in the three bedrooms, for two more people there is a sofa bed on the gallery. The highlight is our wellness bath with sauna and hot tub. Here you can relax wonderfully. On the 1st floor there is another toilet, no shower. The floor plan shown is a wall cabinet. Sun worshipers will get their money's worth on the large terrace. You can see the sea from the house and the beach is a few meters away. We are looking forward to having you. Barbecuing with an open fire is not permitted in the beach park. Risk of forest fire!
