The large terrace is the absolute heart of the apartment "Ocean King," whether relaxed barbecues, morning coffee or sunbathing; there is something for everyone here! A true feel-good place is the open, stylishly furnished living area with a panoramic front. It offers a breathtaking view of the sea in every season. To make the coziness perfect, a sofa landscape is available. Here you can make yourself comfortable in front of a crackling fireplace with a glass of wine. Entertainment is provided with a large flat screen. From the living area you can get directly to the cooking and dining area, from where you can also see the sea - more sea time is not possible! The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything the culinary heart desires. The open-plan rooms make it possible to combine a cozy get-together and the preparation of great food. Three bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, which can be darkened by curtains, and comfortable box spring beds promise peaceful nights. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen. The bathrooms are bright and modern and guarantee total relaxation with a rain shower, whirlpool tub and underfloor heating. A parking space is reserved for you right in front of the "Ocean King" vacation property. The wide, white sandy beach is only a three-minute walk from your vacation home and offers swimming fun, restaurants and various beach sections for nudist lovers, dogs or even for surfing and kiting. The apartment "Ocean King" is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be construction activities in the area.
