The tiny,traditional village of Elos is located 60km south west of Chania Town,which is situated in a short distance from Kissamos on the West part of Crete,on the way to the well known Monastery of Chrissoskalitissa and the unique, sandy beach of Elafonissi,Paleochora,Kedrodasos.Elos is a small village with few stone houses where its inhabitants are mostly engaged in agriculture cattle breeding.It is a natural paradise and very close to conveniences such as pharmacy,grocery store,restaurants. The space This is a new construction, clean and unique, built on the site of our family home. It is perched on top of the hillside and offers 180 degree views all around. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, olive groves and plane trees. The access is easy, just off the road there is a dedicate parking spot.Walk into the living room, comfortable with its couches and arm chairs, open plan with a full kitchen with views to the countryside. Plenty of light and privacy. Just off the kitchen, the terrace is a dream, where you can lounge and muse over the countryside, read a book, eat at the outdoor dining table, or take a nap in the hammock! Here is a perfect spot to cool off after a warm day at the beach! There are two bedrooms, both comfortable with one double and two single bed.The windows looking out to the countryside. The bathroom new and clean! Fully equipped, this comfortable home is a perfect little getaway to authentic Crete! There is a washing machine, and linens and slippers are provided. Other amenities provided include: iron/ironing board, first aid kit, sewing kit, hair dryer, mosquito machine, safety box. A complementary fruit and wine basket is presented on arrival, and there is a farewell gift on departure.
