Great Lake of the Ozarks vacation spot for families or friends. Perfect for a family vacation or a girls/guys getaway. This welcoming home is 2000 square feet, and located on the Gravios Arm of the lake. It sleeps 10-13 people. We have three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs with two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The floor plan is a great fit for more than one family or multiple generations. Kitchen, 50" television and living room upstairs with a 50” TV and wet bar downstairs. Often, the adults like to congregate upstairs with younger groups hang out downstairs, Both places have gorgeous views of the lake. Conveniently located off of O Road near Laurie, the Lake House sits as close to the water as you can get. The patio is right outside the slider door: no hills or steep steps to get to the dock, where a 12' x 26' slip is included, along with a 8' X 32' swim dock, plus a jetski dock. Catfish and crappie can be caught off the dock, and fishing is excellent throughout the Gravios Arm. There is a small boat ramp near the house, and a large public boat ramp in Gravios Mills where you can launch your jet ski or boat. Great restaurants such as Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Lake Burger within driving and boating distance. Shopping, caves, hiking all within a short drive. We will be happy to provide suggestions for boat rentals, restaurants, and lake attractions! Additionally, the house is just minutes away from grocery store, movie theater, bowling, an arcade, park and indoor swimming pool. The boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing are fantastic, along with spectacular sunrises. We have gas and charcoal grills. We provide gas, but you will need to bring your own charcoal. The Lake House is a family friendly spot to create memories you will remember fondly for years to come. We are not the spot for wild parties. This house is right next door to another home the exact size and layout. Each house is stand alone and has its own screened porch and downstairs patio. They share some common areas and a bridge to the dock. Two full size docks have been built together, each with separate swim platforms. Perfect for large groups and family reunions.
