Dear guests, our spacious, well-kept and beautifully furnished apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located villa from 1926. It is ideal for groups and families of up to 5 people. The space The house is quietly located in a side street. Sights, restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot and by public transportation. The house and apartment correspond to a modern standard combined with the charm of an old building. The apartment is very spacious with 80 sqm and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom (with separate toilet) are tastefully decorated and fully furnished. Children are welcome :) Please include ALL children when booking. Linens and towels are included. Parking tickets (€5 per car and night / €25 per car and week) can be booked optionally. Payment for the parking tickets is made upon arrival. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The living rooms are oriented to the southwest and receive plenty of daylight. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom has two separate single beds. The kitchen contains a complete self-catering facility (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee utensils, dishes, dishwasher). The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and washing machine. Cable TV, lots of DVDs and books as well as an Internet connection (Wi-Fi) provide the best entertainment. Other things to note The overnight stay tax is already included in the price. Parking fees are optional and not included. For further rental, there are two roof studios with 50 square meters in the house. Both studios can accommodate 4 people each. Upon arrival, we will provide a detailed brochure about our house, the surroundings and transportation.
