The space Aeriko Villa is a modern, spacious two-level villa (78 m²) located just a 2-minute walk from the central beach of Treis Ekklissies. It comfortably accommodates 6 guests in beds, with space for 2 additional guests on the living room sofas. • Living room & Kitchen: The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with large glass doors and sofas that can also be used as single beds. A fireplace will offer you warmness and relaxation the cold winter nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a built-in oven, refrigerator, and a dining area. • Bedrooms: The bedrooms are designed for ultimate relaxation. The villa has three bedrooms. Each room has comfortable beds with high quality mattresses and linens. One features a double bed, and two have bunk beds. Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space, while minimalist decorative touches and natural materials create a sense of calm. The large windows allow sunlight to fill the space, offering a beautiful view of the blue sky and the surrounding wild mountains. • Bathrooms: The two bathrooms, one in each floor, are equipped with toiletries, large mirrors and include showers with 24-hour hot water. • Facilities: The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning on both floors, Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, washing machine, books, and board games. • Outdoor Areas: The 500 m² private outdoor space, build from stone and wood, includes a terrace and garden with outdoor dining, BBQ, wood oven, outdoor shower, basketball area, and private parking. The private pool and jacuzzi (photos will be uploaded soon!) offers coolness on hot summer days and complements the sense of luxury of this accommodation. A second-floor balcony with seating is the ideal spot for relaxing with a drink in the evening. Other things to note Shopping & essentials During the summer period (May-September), a mini market operates in the village, offering groceries and basic daily essentials. Except this period, supplies are available in the nearby villages of Harakas and Pyrgos, where supermarkets operate year-round. Restaurants & cafés Small seaside cafés and restaurants near the beach are open during summer, serving fresh seafood and authentic local cuisine.
