Step into the large living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette (including ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). Furthermore, you will find a dining table with four cozy chairs and the sofa with two armchairs and a large TV. From here you can also step out onto the furnished balcony. Also on this floor you will find a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV, as well as the shower room with hair dryer, washer-dryer and walk-in shower. In the converted attic, behind a lockable door, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor is fully equipped with tiles and underfloor heating, in the attic laminate is laid. Pleated blinds are fitted to all windows and fly screens are fitted to the main windows. In the storage room there is a high chair, baby cot, drying rack, iron and ironing board at your disposal. Free Wi-Fi is available. (We do not assume any liability for full availability and sufficient speed). Smoking and pets are not allowed in this apartment. A car parking space is part of the apartment, and a lockable garden shed with electricity connection is also available to you. There is a shared jetty that you can use to water e.g. your brought boat. From now on, we can offer you charging facilities for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (against consumption-related payment), but we cannot guarantee permanent and unrestricted availability. In the same building are the accommodations "Lieblingsort," "Lütten Uttied" and "Malte." Other accommodations in Grachtenpark II are "Grachtensteern," "Grachtentied," "TiefSinn," "Unnerdack," "Perle," "Robbe," "Schnack-Stuuv," "Seepferdchen" and "WATT a feeling." Unfortunately, due to construction work in the nearby area, we cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dirt nuisance. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day. The apartment is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic water landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location with access to the canals allows a beautiful view of the water from there and offers a quiet, maritime atmosphere. From here it is just a few minutes walk to the historic center with the well-known twin mills, small boutiques, cafes and restaurants on the harbor. The surrounding area invites you to take walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is within easy reach. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
