Welcome! To the holiday property: The newly developed holiday property invites you to the beautiful Lübbenau/Spreewald. Since July 2022, four large vacation rentals have been on a modern and appealing standard. The beautifully designed outdoor area offers plenty of space for your relaxation. You can have breakfast in the idyllic garden or relax on the sun loungers. If you want to cool off, use the large garden pool. The courtyard is beautiful with flowers and shrubs ... The space Best suited for 1 person. Accommodates 2 person maximum. Size: 46 m² Other things to note ... in the garden you can use the seating area in the shade under the trees and end the evening at the barbecue. There are plenty of parking spaces for your bikes. To the house Kusche: The apartments Kusche invite you to linger in a newly renovated property. The house has a large entrance area with a wooden staircase  that leads to the upper floor. There are two apartments on each floor. The apartments on the ground floor are located on the quiet side of the street. The upper units have a view of the garden as well as the street side. To the apartment: The spacious apartment no. 3 is located on the first floor of the house Kusche and is modern and brightly decorated. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment for two people on the right. The entrance area of apartment no. 3 is open and bright. It is adjoined by an open kitchen. The kitchen open under the attic has fully equipped equipment for up to two people. The bright and modern kitchen has a coffee machine, a toaster, microwave and cook/oven. A modern dishwasher is helpful as a kitchen helper. In the middle of the kitchen there are table and chairs.  From the hallway, with a separate wardrobe, you enter the bedroom and the cozy living room. From the bedroom you can reach the bathroom. The cozy living room is equipped with a two-seater and a large armchair. In the living area there is a sideboard with a large flat screen. A writing pond, in the corner by the window, is well placed for a workation. The separate bedroom has a skylight to the soothing side of the street and a window to the gable side of the house. The room is equipped with a high quality large box spring bed, pillows and cuddly blankets. The bedroom is fully darkenable with an electric window blinds. The wardrobe with ample storage space ensures order in the sleeping area. The separate bathroom with shower/ toilet is adjoined by the bedroom and has a walk-in large shower.
