3 BEDROOMS: very large double with sofa bed and air conditioning, children's room, double with normal bed (180 cm) + 1.5 square bed (120 cm). Entrance with living room, large kitchen, bathroom with outdoor bathtub with shower on the floor. 3 BALCONIES, small adjoining COURTYARD with table table and outdoor chairs. The space The spaces are generally spacious and comfortable, the rooms are large and you can easily add an extra cot or crib if needed. Not yet renovated but just whitewashed and underneath, it still retains the magic and care of the "grandmother's house". Chicche of the house are the beautiful pink marble floor, the view of the square and the sea that is a few tens of meters away. Guest access Guests can access all spaces. Other things to note Distance from Mola di Bari station 1.3 km, 15 min walk. Bari airport can be reached by train by changing to Bari by another train or shuttle bus. By train you can easily reach Polignano a Mare (12 km) Always by train in less than halfanhour to the south Monopoli, Fasano, north Bari, Giovinazzo, Trani, Molfetta... all located from the beautiful historic centers. The house is located literally close to the sea: it is close to the promenade where you can walk and there are bars, tables and games for children. Mola di is not equipped with city beaches (the first is the hamlet of Cozze 3 km away with a bike path) but there are many places where the Molesi regularly go to the sea. There are two options for bathing on foot: 1 Portechia: it is a marina, very close, 3 minutes, where you can dive from the big stones and the water is immediately high. I go there with my kids every day. If you love the rock, it's beautiful: certain days seem like the Caribbean, others less so depending on the wind and the currents. 2 Porto Colombo: a little further north, but always in the village, 6 minutes away, there is a whole coastline of degrading rocks in the sea with small areas of a handful of sand and/or stones where children can also play. They are not yet well cared for places but the whole country goes to the sea there. Then there are other similar areas that are always close to the village to the south and north. Of course, the further away there are equipped areas: Polignano with both the stone beach in the middle of the village, and then beautiful beaches from Monopoli onwards. Parking is more easily located at some times (first half of the morning, early afternoon, late night) more difficult at peak times: being in the heart of downtown thereis not much but the village is small so you can park quite easily a little further away.
