This two level home boasts fantastic lake views, 4 outdoor decks/patios, fire pit, 2 family rooms and enough space to be separate when the time comes. We are walking distance to 3 public lake access points & a short bike ride to Spring Lake's Lakeside beach & Central Park. Grand Haven's gorgeous beaches are a short 3 miles, 30min to Grand Rapids & Holland, 15min to Muskegon. The space Primary bedroom is on the main level with lake views and attached outdoor deck. The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level with a bathroom right across the hall. The third bedroom is on the main level and has lake views. All bedrooms boast smart TV's. We provide two living rooms, bluetooth speakers throughout the main living level, and a cozy wood burning fireplace for the cooler days. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the unfinished basement spaces. Other things to note Parking is limited to three cars.
