In order for everyone to enjoy, please follow the house rules: * Rest time: Please respect peace and quiet, especially from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. * Use of facilities: Billiards, music and darts can be used until 10:00 p.m. After that, we ask that you reduce the volume and move the socializing to the apartment. * Terrace lights: At 11:00 p.m. the terrace lights go out. You can continue socializing in the apartment. * Cleanliness: Please leave the apartment as tidy as you found it. Dispose of the garbage in the designated bins. * Property caution: Please treat furniture and equipment with care.
