The space Villa Kiara consists of three living units, one permanently inhabited by the owner and two others intended for tourist rental. Each unit is completely independent, has a private garden and consists of a comfortable living room with equipped kitchenette, a large covered terrace overlooking the lake, two bedrooms as well as a windowed bathroom. An uncovered parking lot and a common solarium area overlooking the lake, equipped with sun loungers and a hot tub are also available to guests. Other things to note Our prices are daily per apartment including electricity, water, gas, WI-FI, use of jacuzzi and sun loungers, bed linen sets and towels. Any extra SET-BIANCHERIA bed and SET-ASCIUGAMANI will be provided at the price of Euro 5.00 each per person to be paid in cash on site. A security deposit of €200.00 cash will be requested upon your arrival the amount will be returned to you at your departure verified the good maintenance of the apartment. A TOURIST TAX is due to the municipality of Torri del Benaco by all guests at the age of fourteen. The tax is quantified in Euro 1.00 per day per person to be paid by cash upon arrival.
