LOCATION! This cute cottage is just minutes from Jensen Public Beach & a street over from the lagoon. With a King bed, Queen sofa bed & Twin daybed & Twin trundle the “Seahorse Shanty” can fit 6 but only come w/ those you love as there’s just one bathroom! Plenty of beach gear, 55” Fire TV’s in the living room & outside screened-in FL room, a full kitchen & laundry room. Dining tables inside & out, WiFi, 3 bikes, coffee, individual room controlled AC, a built in Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom The space This centrally located boating community is just a short drive or walk along the St Lucie River to downtown Jensen. We are 1.7 miles from the Jensen Beach Causeway & Boat Ramp where you can fish, launch your water toys or boat. Many Public Beaches & ALL with free parking! We are minutes away from the Stuart Boat Show. Very bike-able area… ride or walk along the waters edge just a street over. The three wheel bike has a large basket attached. Quiet residential neighborhood with houses close together. Without a TV or music going you may hear our neighbors talking outside, rarely is it late hours but it's FL so anything is possible. You will most certainly hear a train if sitting outside and slightly inside. The front room has a daybed and desk for those who need to work. Take a nap in the outdoor FL room, ride a bike, dine outside, grab our beach items & head to the causeway or beach 1.7 miles away or grab our Pickleball gear & head to the public court at Langford Park just around the corner! Guest access Full house, screened in patio, laundry room & yard. Garage is off limits. BIKES!! We now have both 2 & 3 wheel! Make sure to bring the lock with you if you plan on stopping anywhere. Bring your own helmets. Some pics show a grill but we no longer offer that Other things to note NOTE: - The shower requires a step down to get in & the bathroom is located off of the master bedroom so it must be walked through to get to. - The Lania (FL outdoor living room) & the laundry room are outside & screened in - WATCH THE STEP DOWN from the tile as it is two different heights Some pics show a large grill but we no longer offer that. A Tabletop grill & utensils provided. You may or may not need to refill propane if you want to use it. Always use it in the back yard, not covered patio. There's not many areas in the Treasure Coast that doesn't hear the train & ours is no exception. So we've grown to love it :) This is a small 700 sqft cottage with a king bed, queen sofa bed in the living room & a daybed with a trundle (two single beds) in the converted office. Other furniture is on wheels as it will require moving around to set them up in this tight space. The top twin has a Tempur-Pedic topper, the lower one standard spring mattress best suited for a kid.
