The housing is distributed over two spacious and very bright floors, designed to live comfortably without giving up privacy. A particularly noteworthy aspect is that the entire villa has air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature at any time of the day, even during the hottest months of summer. On the upper floor, you will find a large dining room filled with natural light, perfectly air-conditioned, three elegant double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a courtesy toilet, and a spectacular terrace with a porch, ideal for peaceful breakfasts or sunset dinners with total comfort.
