The space This studio apartment has been newly furnished in great style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is top - directly at the main station. The water tower and the university can be reached in a few minutes. Public transport, restaurants and stores are in the immediate vicinity. To ensure that your sleep is first-class, a cozy queen-size bed with extra length and hotel-standard bedding awaits you. The living and sleeping area invites you to snuggle up and read with a cozy sofa bed. You can start the day with a NESPRESSO coffee or tea. With super fast internet you can surf relaxed or just let the evening end on the smart TV with your favorite series and movies with Netflix. The kitchen is small but nice and offers everything you need to be self-sufficient. In addition to a refrigerator with icebox, stove, Nespresso machine, microwave and kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, knives, cutting board, salt, pepper and oil are of course also available. The bathroom with shower is equipped with hairdryer, fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo. In the building there is a laundry room with washing machines and washer-dryer. Around the building you can easily park your car for a fee. If you are lucky, you can even find free parking. Non-smoking apartment!
